    出来ますよ。 その住民の家に行って話しかけると、選択しが3つくらいあるので、新しい家をたてる(もしかしたらリフォームの方かも)を選びます。するとタクミが『今までより大きい家にするか、小さい家にする？』と聞いてくるので『大きい家』を選ぶと出来ますよ。私も最近知りました。 長くてすいません…
