本日は地元の地区運動会に参加。区費の大半をこのイベントに使っているのではないかと思われるほど、景品が豪華で、トートバッグ2つ分の景品をもらって帰ることが出来ました。個人的には綱引きを1分間引き合った後、では第2試合とアナウンスされた時は、少し心が折れかけましたが。昨日はズンバもfitも出来なかったので、ヨーロッパ5曲をプレー。披露も回復したので、まずまずの成績でした。

    てるひこさん　運動会参加後のズンバお疲れ様です(^o^)/ 　今日は運動日和でしたが、日中はまだまだ暑さもあるので水分補給が欠かせないですね(^^)

    ☆プチ☆さん、こんばんは。本日は陽射しが強く、少々暑かったので、水筒は2つ持ちつつ、現地でかき氷と少々のアルコールで、水分補給できました。でも例年と比べると、過ごしやすい1日でしたよ。

    にしきさん、おはようございます。運動会は、順位ごとに洗剤、ペットボトル(1.5L)、カップ麺、ティシュBOXのどれかを必ず貰えるので、家族4人で参加すると結構なボリュームになります。しかし走る方は、中高生には負けますね。もう200mとか走れる気がしないです(笑)。
