本日も少々帰宅が遅くなりましたが、ここの所体重が65kg台が多くなっていることもあり、本日のズンバはしっかり7曲、20分をプレー。朝夕はすっかり肌寒くなりましたが、踊るとしっかり汗をかけますね。
