本日はいよいよ冬の到来を予感させる冷たい雨。紅葉も今週末からいよいよ見頃になりそうで、今シーズンはどこに行くか奥さんと相談と言うところでしょうか。現在の体重は前日と同じ65.5kgですが、来週は飲み会が2回入るので、ズンバもいつもより1曲多い8曲をプレー。気温は下がりましたが、良い汗かけました。
