    今回は個人的には白魔法系のジョブにそこまで必要性を感じませんが、(導師がなくなり、聖者のサポアビがなくなったため)補助なしでも苦労しないので、物理系の他のジョブの方が良いと思います

    マグノリアはMP、精神、素早さの値が四人の中で最も伸びるので物理よりも魔法を使うのをおすすめします。 回復させるならば占星術師＋神聖魔法or白魔法。ジョブ特性の先制術で補助魔法が優先されて発動するので攻撃力上昇やミラー系の補助がしやすくなります。補助、回復の他に攻撃もさせたいのならば白魔、支援と回復をメインにするなら神聖をどうぞ。黒魔は特性を生かすためには他も巻き込まねばならないので扱いにくい感じがあるますね…
