【第二次潜水艦世界大戦の開催について】

来年2月にスティバが2周年を迎えるに当たって、コミュニティの過疎化の解消と国内ランダムの活性化の為に『第二次潜水艦世界大戦』を行いたいと思っています。まだ少し早いかもしれませんが、おおよその参加人数を見積もる為、参加を希望する方はコメントをお願いします。参加希望者が増えてきたら開催本部を設置したいと考えています。
