    条件は、間取り選択講座を受けていることと、ホテルを建設している？(ここはあやふや)ということです。大きくしたい、住人の家を訪問し、話しかけます。そして、新しい家を建てるを選び、依頼が始まります。土地を選んだ後、間取りはどうする？とタクミに聞かれるので、大きい家にする。を選びます。そうすると大きい間取りが選択できます。これを繰り返すと、3部屋造れたり、地下室、2階など、選びます。詳しく説明しました。^∀^¦
