    サバイバルモード:何かを掘るのに時間がかかり、高いところから落ちたり、モンスターに当たったりするとハートが減り、全部なくなるとゲームオーバーになる。ちなみにお腹が空きすぎてもハートが減ります。あと素手じゃ掘れない物もあります。そんな中で生き抜くモードです。

    基本はサバイバルモードという、全てがブロックで出来たワールドで生き抜きながら生活するというゲームです。ワールドの最大サイズは８６４ x ８６４。アイテムの地図一枚分。 地形、生き物が多数存在し、敵対するモンスターが夜、または洞窟に出現し、遭遇すれば戦うことになり、満腹ゲージ(肉マーク)が減るため、食料の調達も必要。 かなりリアルなサバイバルゲームです。 道具、防具を作ったり、家を作ったりなど。 　目的はなく、自由気ままに冒険出来るのが魅力です。 　ブロック使用無限、体力無限、建築や実験専用のクリエイティブモードはオンラインのみらしいです。
