シリアルコードはやりましたか？あと、渋谷のファッション店？の前にいる人に話しかけるとクエストが起こります。その人はヒュドラを作りたがっているので獣神玉が必要なんですがクエスト(なんこかあります)の最後に戦って勝つと獣神玉が２個か、３個もらえましたよ。
