    名前:ダテ 性別:♂ 性格:冷静、口数が少ない。 設定:ベレーによく付いてくる冷静沈着なボーイ。常にベレーのことを気にしながらバトルしている。ベレーとは恋人関係でよくお世をしているという。しかし、ダテ自体は昔ハイカラシティがタコ軍団の仕業で停電の危機に陥ったときに街を救ったヒーローである。街の危機をはらった後、疲労のせいで倒れて記憶を失う。昔友達だったリールの事さえ忘れてしまい、すっかり別人のように変わってしまった。

    名前:ベレー 性別:♀ 性格:猪突猛進 設定:イカのなかでもなぜだか背の小さいガール。それはほかのイカより早めに人の状態になってしまったことがあげられる。いつもくっついてくるダテに認めて欲しいのか、バトル開始直後に敵陣に1人で突っ込むことがしばしば。その度ダテに助けて貰っている。ダテとの出会いは、ナワバリバトルに行こうとした最中、タワーの隅っこにダテが倒れていたという。
