中1の児相の件だけど、保護してもしなくても結果は変わんなかったんじゃないかな。だって、強制的に保護したら保護したことに腹をたて、暴力はひどくなるだろうし、一時保護が解除されたらそれこそまた暴力を振るわれる恐怖であの結果となるんじゃないかな。
