13歳以上になれば、『フレンドリクエスト』というのが使えて、そのなりたいフレンドのところにフレンドリクエストをタッチしてください。ただし相手もフレンドリクエストをタッチしないとフレンドとして成立しないのでそこは気を付けてください。尚、12歳以下は『フレンドコード』の交換しかつかえないゆえに、フレンドコード交換は近所の人とを除いて違反に近いのでまずフレンドは13歳以上ならないと、まず不可能です。
