今日は久しぶりに鬼カップをやりました。普段、鬼ネズミをよくやっていますが、たまには別の鬼トレーニングもやって鬼ネズミ以外でも最高記録が出せるようにしていきたいと思います。

今日の鬼カップのグラフを見ていると、「今日は下がってしまいました」と書いてあるのに、グラフの線が水平に見えますよね。なので、結構長い間やっていないのではと思い、前やったのは　いつか見てみました。すると前回の鬼カップは去年の5/4でした。今日の鬼カップは、約一年ぶりでしたが、特に感覚が衰えるようなことはなくできたので、よかったです。
