ついこの間まで、社長の「直接！」を聞いていたような気がします。体型は痩せたといえど、最後まで『任天堂の顔』として、誰からも愛される、素晴らしい方だったと思います。突然のことで、ほんとうに、惜しい方がなくなってしまって残念です。いままで本当にありがとう！

「バルーンファイト」といえば、少し前、Wii Uのバーチャルコンソールで、『バルーントリップモードにてスコアカンスト』を目指し、VCの機能を駆使して達成した思い出があります。その当時では到底できないようなことも、今になって遊ぶことができる、これって素晴らしいことですよね。昔でも今でも、変わらず楽しむことができるこの作品は、まさに傑作だなと感じます。これからも、ずっと任天堂のファンでいつづけますよ！
