うなぎが美味しいお店?多分僕が思うにちゃんと蒸してあって身がふんわりしてる、あとは使ってるうなぎとタレだね、焦げ目しっかり、ふんわり食感、甘くもなくしょっぱくもない絶妙なタレ、なるべく鮮度の高いうなぎ、ここがポイントだと思います。

ちゃんと蒸してないところは泥抜きも終わってない可能性があるので注意(もちろん独自の製法で美味しく作ってる店はありますが...)
