久しぶりに鬼トレと鬼トレ補助を全種目やってみました。残念ながら記録更新はできませんでしたが、普段1、2種目しか鬼トレをしていなくても頭の疲れが残らなかった点はよかったです。脳が鍛えられているのを実感できました（昔は全種目やると頭の張りが一日続いて他のことができませんでした）。
