やんちゃんさん、こんばんは。久しぶりのズンバお帰りなさい。ホントに毎日暑いですが1曲なら3分ですので、大丈夫かも?　私はズンバを踊ったら、水シャワーを頭からかぶって体温を下げていますよ。

てるひこさん、こんばんは！あまりの猛暑で、ちょっとイライラ感もあったんでしょうね(^^ゞでもやはりズンバは楽しい。またよろしくお願いします<(_ _)>といっても１曲そこそこですが（笑）水シャワーいいですねぇ。でもズンバ踊ってシャワーとか浴びて、気持ちよく睡眠できる気もします♪
