大衆食堂をプロデュースしてきました。近くの工事現場で働くガテン系のオジサンたちが、「トンカツ定食ご飯大盛り」をかきこんでいる下町の食堂、そんな光景をイメージして作りました。もちろん、働いてるオバチャンは飴をあげるのが好きです。
