本日はズンバさんの機嫌が悪く写真を貼れませんでしたが、ショート7の7曲を踊り、テクニック89%の☆5つでした。今年は1日有給を追加したので明日から10連休の夏休みに入ります。また明日と明後日は旅行の為、ズンバとミーバースはお休みです。取り敢えず楽しんで来ます!!

やんちゃんさん、おはようございます。昨日までの2日間はTVも携帯も殆ど見ることもなく、のんびりと過ごせました。体を動かすのはストレス発散の一面もあるので、ストレスがないと動かす気にならないですね(笑)。でもそう言う訳にもいかないので、本日からトレーニング再開する予定です。
