夏休み明けの職場は、お土産のお菓子が溢れていて、普段間食はしないのですが、ついつい食べてしまいます。その為かここ3日はトレーニングをしていますが、体重はずっと±0kgでした。本日は下の娘とプエルトリコの7曲をプレー。7曲でテクニック95%は最高記録が出せました。
