本日は7時に帰社しましたが、すっかり暗くなり日の入りが随分早くなったと感じます。帰社時は綺麗に見えた半月も帰り道では雲に隠れ、ボチボチ台風の影響で雨になりそうですね。ズンバはしばらくワールドツワーが多かったのですが、本日は久しぶりにショート12をプレー。まずまずの成績で、いい汗かけました。

てるひこさん　今日も頑張ってますね～！お仕事帰りのFitやズンバお疲れ様です(^^ゞ　本当にこの頃一気に秋を感じてきましたね(^^) 昨日は窓を開けていたら夜、肌寒かった位でした^^;
