みっちりフレンドさんと2時間走ってきました!!2時間でレートが300近く上がりました!!昨日よりもいい結果が出て良かったです。そして楽しかったです!!一緒に走ってくれたフレンドのうどん　そうめん!?さん、bearsさん、しろピコさん、シエンタさんありがとうございました。明日はINの時間が遅くなりそうですが、よろしくお願いします^^
