高層ビル建設中様々な機能も搭載しました。以前紹介した自動回復装置、死神(?)トラップ、ゴブリン&熊トラップ、死んでも消えないようにブロックを保管する倉庫等の機能が搭載され、地上未定、地下6Fの広さ!!また、1F2Fは建物が別れているけど、3Fからは合わさります。なお、こちらの物件はコンテストがあったときにも仕様します!! 注意:この物件は建設中です。
