    それは、もし減らなければ故意に通信を切断することが増えるからです。例えば、倒されてばかりでだんだん嫌になってきたから通信切ってやり直す！そしたら負けてないから腕前は下がらない！っていうのはおかしいじゃないですか。通信エラーが起きるのはしょうがないです。世界と繋がっているんですから。故意に切断してないのに腕前が下がるもおかしいですが、故意にエラーを起こせる人だっています。そういう人がまた現れて、その人は切断しているのに下がらないというのもまたおかしいですから。
