１日にできるのは2、3戦だけとかに制限すれば、イライラもせず楽しくプレイできるのでは? いつまでもグダグダやりつづけるから嫌になるんだ、2戦やって1勝したらやめるとかにすれば解決するやん!

あるいは逆に一敗か、連敗すれば調子が悪いと判断して一旦休むのも手ですね。特にガチだと一度負け始めるとズルズル連敗を重ね易いので。
