明日は東京出張が入り、朝5時起きと言う事もあり、早めに帰社して、いつもより早めにズンバをプレー。本日は昼間の気温が高かったですね。久しぶりに事務所でもエアコンが入りました。今晩はズンバで7曲踊りましたが、久しぶりに体重が66kg台となりましたので、もう少しカロリー消費した方が良いかも。

てるひこさん　こんばんは！　今日もズンバ含めお疲れ様です(^^ゞ　明日は出張で5時起きですか～。私も仕事の時は5時起きです(^_^;)　もう22時過ぎると眠くてウトウトしてしまいます^^;　出張お気を付けて～！
