今日の午前中は少々曇り空で、やけに風が冷たいと思ったら22度しかなく、そろそろ11月も近い事をふと感じました(午後は晴れて気温が上がりましたが)。本日は下の娘と2プレーで、7曲20分を踊りました。最近は7曲くらいならバテないので、ジョギングの効果もあるのか、体力がついたようですね。
