    まだ試してませんが、恐らくワールド起動の時に「オンラインゲーム」をOFFにしてるかと思われます。

    おそらく、ワールド設定の「オンライン」のチェックを外しているのではないでしょうか。つまり、オフラインに設定しているからホームボタンを押せるのでは？
