今年の仕事も7営業日ほどになり「急ぎ」や「至急」の業務が増えて来て、いよいよ年末モード全開の雰囲気になりました。忙しいですが、こう言う感じは結構好きだったりします。本日のズンバはお仕事の勢いそのままに、ハード目の7曲をプレー。でも体重は余り下がらないまま、明日も忘年会へ・・・。

今年のお仕事も年末モードの中、トレーニングお疲れ様です(^o^)/ 忘年会も続くと大変ですが、これも年末ならではですね(^^) 明日も無事に乗りきれますように！

☆プチ☆さん、こんばんは。最近はだいぶ年末らしくなった感じです。忘年会もあと4回ほどありますが、アルコールのない日はしっかり運動して、カロリーを消費したいと思います。
