ラグった時の対処法は？

僕が前、対戦したときに、普通にやっていたのですが、対戦相手に、ラグってる！と、言われました。 ですが自分では、わかりませんでした。 僕は、ラグは嫌いですし、それで点を取っても嬉しくないです。 なのでラグに、なったとき、わかる方法と、対処法を教えてください。 長文で、すみません…
