本日は娘が二人ともそれぞれの実家でお泊まりなので、今晩は奥さんと2人で忘年会。普段は買わない高い目のお肉で焼肉としました。もちろん今晩の事は娘達には内緒ですが(笑)。本日も体を絞る為、ズンバは7曲をプレー。1日では直ぐに痩せませんが、毎日すれば確実に減りますので、年末年始も続けたいと思います。

    りーるさん、こんばんは。焼肉の他、お酒とデザートも買い、セットメニューぽく、久しぶりに二人で楽しめました。クリスマスは家族一緒でしたが、たまにこう言うのも良いですね。

    にしきさん、こんばんは。昨晩はにしきさんも旦那様と忘年会でしたか。しかし次は新年会も待っているので、暫くは全然体重が減る要素がないですね(笑)
