3kでのエイム向上方法

3kでのエイム力をあげる練習方法はありますか?ネットに書いてあった[ねくら式]をよくやっているのですが実践だと試し撃ちと違い的が動くので全然当たらないです。どうすれば良いですか?

    相変わらず詳しくないのですが、ネクラ式ってチャージ時間が短い武器で使える話ですよね （まあ3Kでもフルチャージしない段階で撃つ事はありますが） なんにせよチャージに手間がかかる3Kにはあまり関係ないような... 実戦で当たらないのはジャイロ設定とか近距離すぎるとかではないでしょうか （距離は可能な限り捕る様にしています）
