ハーブチーズの流行です。 氷の国に150こ　ローズマリーを集めるのが大変でした。最後は、お願い出荷で集めました。もうすぐ冬です。ハーブが取れなくなるので、その前に作れて良かったです♪

    おはようございます。チーズは背が伸びますかね？少し前は170cmだつたのに171cmになったと、家のチーズ娘が自慢してました。スティルトンチーズが出てきて懐かしく、久しぶりに食べたら美味しかった。原材料を見ると、ハーブチーズも独特の風味が美味しそうですね？

    ソーセージ系はハーブ入り多くなりましたね。家の一番人気はペコリーノです。反対にダメなのが羊の青カビチーズで、セーターをぬるま湯で洗うときの匂いがするやつ。167cmは私より1cm大きいし、世界標準ですから立派なもんですよ。ご両親に感謝ですね♪
