イカちゃんなど絵のかきかたについて!

みなさんイカなど書いてあるのを見た時、ドットやストライプなどがきれいに使われているのをよく見ます。それってどうやってかいているんですか?何かボタンをおしたら出てくるとかなんですか? 教えてください!お願いします!
