チームに入ろうか迷っています

チームに入るべきか、そうでないのか悩んでいます。実際、入ろうと思っているんですが、チームに入るメリットがわからないし、入る条件が厳しいのでは?、と思っているんです。チームに入るメリット、デメリット、入る条件が厳しくないチームなどを教えて下さい。
