昔、ハイカラシティというとても栄えた街があった。ある日の事、ハイカラシティにある事件が起きた。ハイカラシティの電気の源、オオデンチナマズが何者かに連れ拐われてしまった。だが、ハイカラシティには若者が多くオオデンチナマズを知るものはいなかった。だから、ハイカラシティの者逹はオオデンチナマズが連れ拐われても全く気にも止めずに、平凡と暮らしていた。そんな中、ある１人の男が立ち上がった。その者の名は、『アタリメ』。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　続く
