3DSで遊べなくなっている

状況 WiiUと3DSでNNID?同じにしている WiiUで1000円チャージしたその間は両方から出来ていた最高ランクまでいったのでチャージせずフリーで参戦しようとしたら WiiUは問題ないけど3DSはエラーで遊べない子供(別ID)がスプラトゥーンやってる間に遊びたいんだけどいつになったらなおるの?

今日3DSで確認したらクルトンはもらえた。けど30日オンラインになってない、、、でゲームは無理明日からスプラのフェスなんですけど、、、
