ある日、沼の近くを散歩していた男が雷に打たれて死亡する。その時偶然にも沼にも雷が落ち、化学変化により男と同じ知能、肉体、考えを持った生物が誕生した。その生物は男の代わりに散歩をし、その後も男の行動理念に則った行動をとった。この生物と死亡した男は同じ男と言えるだろうか。
