このソフトを起動できないです…

いくらディスクを入れ直しても起動できません…ググったら同じ症状が出てる人もいるそうですが…皆さんのは大丈夫ですか…？

僕も別のソフトですが、同じ症状が起きました。その後、諦めて新しく買いました...

ちなみに質問ですが、ディスクに傷はついてますか？後、「不明なソフト」と表示されていますか？
