    マジレスすると、海水が減速材になるし大した影響はない。実際に日本海にはロシアの原子力潜水艦が廃棄されている。原潜の問題は、コストと「うるさい」って事のほうが大きいね…それを克服するために、有り余る出力でスクリューではなくポンプジェット推進にしてる事も多い。
