    ていうかmii verseってそもそも任天堂とかが出してるゲームについて情報交換するツールなので、著作権は任天堂そのものにあるか、著作権を任天堂に預けてるかのどちらかですよね。 たぶんniconicoは任天堂に著作権を預けてソフトを配信＆コミュニティを開いてるんだと思いますよ なので著作権についての心配はするだけ無駄、といったところでしょうか。

    他の人の著作権などに配慮する Miiverseでは手書きのイラストを投稿することができます。 手書きで投稿できることでちょっとしたイラストを描くこともできますが、自分のオリジナルのイラストか権利者から使用を許可されたイラストのみしか投稿してはいけません。他人の著作権を侵害しないよう十分に注意してください。 なお、任天堂の著作物についてはMiiverse内に限り利用ガイドに反しない範囲で描くことができます。 （上記は利用ガイドのコピペですけど、任天堂に著作権がある場合はおｋってことですよね。つまり先ほどの投稿もｒｙ）
