後に一万人送り込んだ山狩りで野獣を発見、打った球が当たり、野獣は一度倒れたが起き上がり森に逃げた。竜騎兵(国王の軍隊)はせっかく追い詰めたのに、馬が行けない山道でも馬から降りようとしなかったため逃しました。
