さくらいsは、「3DSは誰でも持っている(もしくは持ち運べる)点がある」って言ってましたから、そうなる可能性が高いです。

桜井さん次第では、ダウンロードプレイは可能になるかもしれないです。（まあ、僕の予想ですが...）ただその場合、使えるファイターは制限されると思います...
