持ってる人必見！　コツを教えて下さい！

重力反転あるじゃないですか｡あれで､下の土台とか反転したあと土台となる上が、平じゃないとき､どうやったら三秒保てますか? よく､あと一秒！ってところで、落ちちゃうんですよ (ƒοƒ;;)・・・・。バランスの感覚と共にコツを教えて下さい！
