てつろう君はそれだけ多くの人に嫌がられることをしてブロックをされているんだと思います。てつろう君にとって都合のいい時だけあなたに声をかけてブロックを解除してもらうように言ってもらうというのはフレンドっていえますか？あなたもきっとこんなことはしたくないと思います。何よりあなたが一番嫌な思いをしているんじゃないでしょうか？無理してまで彼の言いなりになることはないと思いますよ。

確かに解除お願いしても無視されてコメント消された時もありました初対面の方に声掛けるのが苦手なので「ブロックされた」という時が一番嫌です・・・　相手によっては私までブロックしそうな人いるかもしれませんのでプロフィールとか見て決めようと思います。
