普段、鬼トレーニングは鬼ネズミしかしていませんが、今日は鬼ネズミも鬼カップも両方をやりました。また、鬼ネズミの後に鬼カップをやっていると、鬼カップ　トレーニング中に疲れを感じました。以前、鬼トレーニングを１日に２つ以上やって疲れを感じることはなかったので、集中力が落ちたのではないかと思い、集中力を鬼トレーニング・鬼トレ補助・集中時間測定で身につけていきたいと思います。
