勉強してると、疲れてきて つい、ゲームとか、テレビてか見ちゃいます。 (勉強したいけど 疲れるんですよw) 何かいい方法ありますかねぇ？

    姿勢を自分の楽なようにするといいんじゃないですかね？ 自分は寄りかかったり、寝っころがったりしながら勉強しています。　あとは好きな音楽を聞きながらゆっくりとしたペースで勉強しています。

    ただ音楽聞いてやるなら、文系とくに英語は、文よりも歌詞を覚えやすいのでやめたほうが良いですよ。数学が一番良いらしいですよ。by成績十番以内の兄(。__。)
