本日帰宅しますと下の娘が少々不機嫌でしたので、いつも走っている公園を二人で夜の散歩。話をしている内に機嫌も直りましたが、少々曇り空で星が見えなかったのが残念。色々教えたかったのですが、北斗七星くらいしか確認出来ず。本日のズンバ連休で少々増えた体重を絞るため、7曲20分をプレー。まずまずカロリー消費できました。
