今朝の京都は肌寒いを通り越して寒い!　4時半ごろの空を見ると東の空に光る金星の南に、冬の星座であるオリオン座がだいぶ高い位置にあり、もう季節が冬に少しずつ進んでいると感じますね。いつもは朝ヨガといきたいですが、体が冷えたのでズンバを4曲をプレー。うっすらと汗をかく程度に体が暖まりました。

☆プチ☆さん、こんばんは。これから徐々に寒くなって来ると思いますが、体を動かすと、色々と行動も活発になりますね。ズンバは4曲でも10分ちょいなので、時間を取らないのも良いですよ。
