金曜から泊まりがけの出張から帰宅。出張先ではトレーニングなし、飲み会後はカラオケとお決まりの高カロリーコースでしたので、本日はFitも多め&ズンバもロサンゼルス8曲24分をプレーしました。24日にも今年最初の忘年会があるので、連休はトレーニング多めにしますが、今晩はスプラトゥーンのフェスも頑張ります。
